Highlights include the World Energy Council’s Energy Day as well as numerous industry-specific meetings and seminars.

The co-exhibitor fee is charged to other companies/organizations present at the stand. The fee entitles them to the same visibility and exhibition services as the main exhibitor. The fee does not apply to principals or companies within the same group.

Terms of participation

The terms below apply in addition to the general terms of Expomark Oy

  • Expo start 575 € (incl. visibility and environmental fee) is charged from all exhibitors.
  • The invoice for participation is due before the fair, the due date is 20.8.2026.
  • For other companies coming to the stands, a Visibility and Environmental Fee of 430 € will be charged. The exhibitor who has booked a stand is responsible for the participation fees of his/her joint stand.
  • Participation includes exhibitor and parking passes as well as admission tickets based on stand size. Additional tickets can be ordered at a discounted rate.
  • An extra charge of 25 € + VAT/invoice is charged if additional invoices need to be made when, for example, the space rental is paid by several companies, or the company contact information is being changed.
  • VAT 25,5% will be added to the prices.

Notes regarding stand programme:

  • All programme activities and other operations must take place within the exhibitor’s own stand area.
  • The maximum sound level allowed at the stand is 75 dB.
  • To ensure visitor safety, all activities at the stand – such as object throwing – must be carried out in a way that does not pose any risk of injury.

Orders for structures, furniture and technical services:

  • Please place your orders on time, as prices will increase in stages starting 40 days before the event.
