Our Core Products
Ceramic Pipe Systems
Hardface designs and supplies customized ceramic-lined pipe systems for the pneumatic and hydraulic transport of highly abrasive materials. A strong steel structure and a ceramic lining provide excellent wear resistance in applications involving fly ash, cement, coal, glass particles, waste and other aggressive media. Smooth internal surfaces and carefully designed bends support an efficient material flow while reducing turbulence, pressure loss and material build-up.
Flexible Ceramic Hoses
Hardface ceramic hoses combine high wear resistance with flexibility and simple installation. The hoses are manufactured from durable EPDM rubber and lined with abrasion-resistant alumina ceramic tiles. Their flexible construction makes them well suited to confined spaces, challenging bend radii and applications exposed to movement or vibration. Each hose can be manufactured to match existing pipe dimensions and supplied with customized connections for quick installation.
Chromium Carbide Solutions
Our chromium carbide wear solutions provide cost-effective protection for equipment exposed to severe abrasion and impact. Hardface chromium carbide wear plate has a hard, durable overlay that extends service life and reduces the risk of unexpected production stops. The material can be cut, formed and manufactured into customized components, pipes and complete wear-protection systems. Typical applications include cyclones, crushers, mills, mixer blades, screw conveyors, chutes, shafts, liners and chain conveyors.
