ClimaPri is a Finnish software platform that brings a building's metering, control, and optimisation into one system. Apartment-level water, heat, indoor conditions, and energy all appear in the same view — no more four separate systems.
Once consumption is visible, it starts to fall. The main user — typically the property manager — adjusts temperatures in apartments and common areas remotely, sets schedules and away mode for vacant apartments, and gets a water leak alert the same day. Residents see their own consumption and adjust their own apartment.
This is not a renovation: existing meters can usually be connected to the platform as they are, and any missing ones come from the same supplier.

Most heating energy is wasted because the whole building is heated according to a single measurement point. One cold apartment raises the level for everyone — and the rest overheat.
ClimaPri is a Finnish software platform that measures every apartment separately and brings water, heat, indoor conditions and energy into one view. An overheated apartment is adjusted remotely, a window left open shows up in the temperature data, a vacant apartment is switched to away mode. Stairwells and corridors — the largest and least controlled area in the building — get targets and schedules of their own.
Once consumption is visible apartment by apartment, it starts to fall.
