Rotomate is a Finnish industrial AI company developing an AI colleague for the condition monitoring of rotating equipment. Our software combines the maintenance data your plant already collects and monitors every rotating machine continuously, including those that fall outside traditional condition monitoring. It does not just produce alerts; it tells you what is failing, analyses the root cause of the fault and recommends maintenance actions. Rotomate brings sensor data (vibration, temperature, pressure) together with CMMS, ERP and operational context in one asset-level view. A full plant health report shows which machines run normally and which have possible or confirmed faults. No hardware lock-in: use the data you already have.
